The $5 million bill below with Simon Cowell’s picture on it was created by The X Factor, with permission from the U.S. Treasury, to help promote the $5 million prize the winner of the show will receive. (read article)

But we think it’s actually saying something else. What it’s saying, however, is up to you. Tell us in the comments what you think the bill is saying.
