Rickey, from Rickey.org, joined Alan, aka the Token White Guy, as co-host for tonight’s show. The guys start the night by talking about the reported agreement that will see Jennifer Lopez return to the American Idol stage for a cool $20 million. A discussion about how her raise could be better spent leads to the guys wondering whether Idol has ever had a guaranteed prize for the winner. A discussion about how and when musicians earn royalties results in Rickey being assigned homework for next week’s show. The guys then move on to America’s Got Talent and who they would like to see return for the Wild Card Week in two weeks. Sadly, Rickey’s choices in who should return leave something to be desired. The guys run through all of last night’s performances before ending the show by crowning Team iLuminate the winners of the season.
