Are You Serious? (1)

The picture below was posted over theCHIVE.com.

You would think that nothing would shock us in this day and age, yet people keep coming up with new ways to make us go “Are you serious?”

Take the guy in the picture below. Do you think he had to be convinced to act as a rope to keep the cargo in place and the trunk lid closed? Or was it, perhaps, his bright idea, something he chose to do in order to keep from having to spend money on thick rope, an item he might never have to use again?
